About our text messages

Munson Chiropractic sends text messages to patients who have asked to receive them. Messages may include appointment reminders and scheduling, care instructions and follow-up, billing and account messages, practice news and health information, and invitations to leave a review of your experience.

How to opt in

You can agree to receive text messages by checking the box and providing your mobile number on our new patient forms, or by telling our front desk. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care, and you will receive the same treatment whether or not you agree.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your care and your appointments.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop messages

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. You may also ask our front desk to remove you, or call us at 479-254-1177.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
